St. Mary's Boulevard and Deleware Street, thence to the intersection
of Deleware and Dunklin Boulevard, thence in an easterly direction to
the intersection of Dunklin Boulevard and Dunklin Street, thence to the
point of beginning, as the same is set out on the map attached and
marked Exhibit "A".
Section 2. No Skating rink, tent show, tent meeting, or any other
sgow, whether it be of a permanent or temporary nature, shall establish
itself in the zone set out in Section 1 hereof, unless it appear be-
fore the City Council and obtain permission by motion or resolution
of the City Council to engage in such business and establish by satis-
factory evidence to the City Council that the business 'to be anducted
will not in any way interfere with the peace and quiet of the pateints
ans sick persons confined in the hospital.
Section 3. Any one violating the terms and conditions of this
ordinance may be fined not less than One Dollar and not more than One
Hundred bollars and may be sent to Jail for a period not to exceed
90 days a,nd may be subject to both said fine and imprisonment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect Immediately upon its
passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., AS
