BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. there is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:

To Robert Klein, Max Wasserman & Vane Thurlow,
to settle claim for damage received because

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF MANILLA STREET
FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF LICCARTY STREET SOUTH 342 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. ghat the grade line of the roadway of h1anilla
Street from the south property line of McC rty Street south for a
distance of 342 feet, be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at the center line of Manilla Street and the south property
line of McCarty Street, where the elevation of the grade is 175,00;
thence on a uniform grade 35 feet, where the elevation of tie grade
stall be, 175. 59• thence 15 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation
of the grade shall be, 175.94; thence 35 feet on a vertical curve,
where the elevation of the grade shell be, 177.44; thence 15 feet on a
