John H. Pruns and Katherins owners and proprietors of the real estate hereinafter described and situate in the City 6f Jefferson., Miseourij having aubmitted to the Uouncil for its approval a Plat of said real estate: being more particularly described as: Beginning at the M rtheast corner of Forest F111 Addition on the Township line, c,20 feet west of the Northeast corner of said fractional Section 2 Towndhip 44 Range 12 "Vest; thence South 5 de-. grees Epst (Magnetic) along the east line of Forest Hill Addition, 4c1 feet; thence East parallel to the Township line 733.2 feet; thence turning an angle of 93 degrees and 42 minutes to the left, 232-3 feet; thence turning an angle of 31 degrees to the left 61 feet; thence turning an angle of 30 degrees to the right 211. 5 feet to the Township line; thence west along the Township line 677 feet to the point of beginning. All of said subdivision being within the cor- porate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. And it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the ov.-ners., that all taxes have been paid thereon and in other respects the requirements of Chapter 82 od the Revised Statutes of the State of 11 ssouri., 1939., entitled "P'ats" have been complied with i herefore the plat of land of John H. Brans and Katherine Bruns, known as Second Subdivision of a part of the Northeast frectional quarter of Section 2 Township 44 Range 12 West". being within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferoon, Missouri, as shown on the plat attached hereto and made-a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and approved b the ouncil. SECTION 2. The by Cierk is hereby directed., upon the passage and approval of this Ordinance, to endorse said plat the acceptance and approval thereof and to certify the same under his hand and seal of the City of Jefferson., Misso!.,,ri. BE MT ORDAINED B7 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON t'IISSOL TR I AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Sub-secti(.!n 91 of Section 8306 of Ordinance Number 444 is hereby repealed and aid Ordinance is hereby amended by the r ins tion of Sub-section 91 of Section 806 which shall read and be as follows: "Outside of the fire-limits, approved masonry walls., eight inches thick,, may be used for dwellings not exceeding thirty feet nor two stories in height., the walls of which under this ordinance., could be of frame construction; provided they do not exceed fifty feet in length between cross-walls, piers or butt- resses. Hollow walls of brick or walls of hollow- block or solid-block masonry, eight inches thick, may be used when such buildings do not exceed one story in height."
