AN ORDINANCE relocating bus stops.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the bus stop on the east-bound busses
of the City Bus Transportation shall be located at the Ash and
High Street stop, the stop shall be made on higb Street west of the
Ash Street intersection, and the east end of the stop shall be 20
feet from the Asti Street curb line; at the High and Pine Streets
stop, which stop shall be made directly opposite of where Pine
Street enters into High Street; at the High Street and Locust
Street stop, the stop shall be made on 141-gh Street east of the
Locust Street intersection.
Section 2. A space 10 i,feet in length along the curb
shall be reserved for the use of the busses making the stop and
the curbing may be painted in width with yelllw paint and trarnings
marked on the curb to prohibit other vehicles from parking in the
space reserved for the busses and the traveling public.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
jtpon its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SPRINKLING;: OILIT,:G, SURFACII:G AND RESURFACING
DISTRICT NUlTI ER THIRTEEN IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, r'ISSOURI, AND DE*
FINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, Y.ISSOITRI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SFCTI1'N 1. That for the purpose of sprinkling, oiling, surfacing
and resurfacing the streets of the city of Jefferson, ;.Zissouri, and for
the assessment and collectic:n of the cost thereof, there is hereby es-
tablished District Number Thirteen, and the boundary of said district
shall be as follows:
Beginning at the City limitx line at the Southwest
corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 11 Township 44 Range 12 'lest;
thence north along the 1-ity limit line to the north City limit line;
thence east along the north City limit line to the east side of the
line to the City li:,:it line in the middle of the main channel of the
Missouri River; thence down and with the main channel of the Missouri
River to where the same id intersected by the east line of the west
hilf of Section 1 Township 44 Range 12 West; thence south along said
line to the south l-Ine of Sunset Place Addition; thence west along the
south line of Sunset Place Addition to the east line of the west half
of the Northwest quarter of Section 1 Township 44 Rqnge 12 West; thence
south along said line and City ; imit line to the middle of Section 12;
thence west along City limit line to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with tiiis ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its pasage and approval.
