PE IT ORDAIP'ED PY TTTE CITY COUTICIL OF THX' CITY OF JEFF7RSON, 1.'ISSOURI, AS FOLLO;NS: SECTION 1. there is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Kanses Street from the south curb line of St. Mary' s Boulevard to the end of the curb return on the north side of Dunklin Street all of said improvement being within the limits of sprinkling oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing District Plumber eig,t (8) in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and for the improvement of said roadway of Kansas Street by repairing, surfacing oiling and resurfacing the sum of $123.46 as the titpl cost of the improvement of the aforesaid street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said street amounts to 1543.3 running feet, and the cost price per front foot is $0.08. SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying for said improvement of the roadway of Kansas Street from th4 south curb line of St, Mary's Boulevard to the end of the curb return on the north side of Dunklin Street, all of said improvement fleeing within the limits of sprink- ling, oiling, repairing,,,surfacing and resurfacing of District Plumber Eight (8) in the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $0.08 as a special tax bill against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting the said roadway of Kansas Street and containt&-in such lots or pieces of ground fronting or abutting on Kansas Street. The name of each property owner or pwners and the de- scription of each lot or piece of gro!)nd fronting or abutting on Kansas Street from the south curb line of St. R'ary' s Foulevard to the end of the curb return on the north side of Dunkliti Street, all of said improvement being within the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing of District Plumber Eight (8) in the City of Jefferson, M,_ssouri, the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting sail Kansas Street, the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax bill for said improvement against each lot or piece of .gx ground frontinf or abutting said Kansas Street, aforesaid is as follows: Zulia A.
