AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. that the City 'ouncil of the City of Jefferson..
Missouri., hereby de6lares and ordairte that it deems it necessary for
sanitary purposes and for the health of its inhabitants of the City
to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District N 66o
and said district to be established with locption and boundaries as
follows: Beginning on the north line of lot 12 block 2 of Brun' s
Second Addition, 160 feet east on the northwest corner thereof; thence
n a southeasterly directift 202 feet tb the Ooutheast corner of said
of 12; thence southealterly 247 feet to the Northwesterly corner of
lot 10 block 1 of Prun' s Second Addition; thence easterly along thr
northerly line of said lot 100 feet to the nortfjeast�.rly corner
thereof- thence southerly c)6 feet to the northwesterly corner of
lot 14 hock 1; thence easterly along the northerly line of said lot
122. 5 feet; thence northerly parallel to the west line of the
Boonville Road 422 feet to the north line of Flock 2 of Bruns'
Second Addition; thence west along and with said line 467 feet to the
point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AD! ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE COI,STRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT vc. 66., WITHIN T-IFF CITY OF v7EFFF'RSONj J,'IISSOT-RI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFF--,,.RSINj 1-.-"ISSOURI,,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Uouncil of the "ity of Jefferson,
MLissouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for saitary and
other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible in
Sewer District T,.o. 66., as estrblished by Ordinance a sanitary sever
and it is ordered that the same be made and constructed without un-
necessary delay and that the said district sewer be connected with and
into the present sewer on Polton Drive at Station 4 plus 80 in Sewer
District F�o. 63.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall beEin at Station 4 plus EO
in Sewer District xo. 63; thence Forth 71 degrees and 30 minutes Past
and along Bolton Drive, 166.8 feet; thence turning end angle of 25
degrees and 52 minutes to the right for a. distance of 300.7 feet.
SECTION 3- Said Sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance., and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approvel.
