AN 0 DIN ANCE DEDICATING "BINDERS PARK" FOR PARK PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Jefferson has acquired the purchase of
the following described land known as Binder Park.,
A part of Section 2., +ownship 44., Range 12., in Cole '-%ounty,
Missouri, particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north boundary line of said
Section 20 19. 53 chains west of the northeast corner thereof, (said
beginning point also being the northwest corner of Forest Hill Addition)
thence in a southerly direction along the west line of said Forest
Hill Addition 19.45 chains to the public road, thence northwest along
and with Laid public road 12.06 chains to the southeast corner of the
Joseph Huegel land, thence north along the east side of the Huegel
land, and parallel with the east line of said Section 13- 7 chains,
thence east along the north line of said Section 18.01 chains to the
place of beginning, containing 30 aci-es., more or less. 2-
AND., WHEREAS., it is the desire of the City "ouncil of the
city of Jeffers2n., to dedicate said land for park purposes and
place the Park oard of the ity of Jefferson in full and complete
possession of said land. I
BE IT BRDAIVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The above described lang in the westerly portion of
the City, of Jefferson and known as Binder ark is hereby dedicated
by the ity Council of the City of Jefferson for park purposes and the
Park the of the ity of Jefferson hereafter shall have full and
complete charge and control of said land, but the same shall be used
for psrk purposes only.
Section 2. this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF THE FIRST ALLEY
WEST OF JEFFERSON STREET AND RUJINING FROM WATER STREET SOUTH TO THE
EAST AND 'NEST PUBLIC ALLEY*
BEX IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the first alley west of
Jefferson Street and running from Water Street south to the east and
west public alley be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning
at the center line fo said alley and the south property line of Water
Street, where the elevation of the grade is, 127.33; thence 200 feet
on a uniform grade to the north line of the east and west public alley
where the elevation of the grade shall be, 136.47.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
