AN 0 DINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF JACKSON STREET
FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LIVE OF WOODLAWN AVENUE TO THE NORT PROPERTY
LINE OF TT ION AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, TvTISSO RI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Jack90 n Street from
the south property line of Woodlawn Avenue to the north property line
of Union Avenue be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at
the south property line of Woodlawn Avenue and the center line of
Jackson Street, where the elevation Of the grade shall be 275.50;
thence 510 feet on a uniform grade to the north property dine of
Union Avneue, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 225.00.
SECTION 2. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and a proval.

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUP"CIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury net otherwise appropriated, the following:
REVENUE TUND
is
For the purpose. of paying to John T. Mhyte the sum of $538.25, being
the ddifference between the mount collected by the Electrical Inspector
for Llectrical Inspections and the amount paid to the Electrical
Inspector.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
