RESOLUTION TO (;(.) INTO CLOSED SESSION
WI1EREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975.
permits tile exclusion of the I)ublic flora a meeting in ceriaia circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, liE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of tile
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of New Jersey, as Follows:
1. Tile public shall be excluded fi'mn attending, discussing or participating in tile
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as Follows:
