S1RCTION 1. The Cole County 11i.:-,torical Society is hereby
granted permission to erect a bronze monument in the parking and
city street. on Adams Street•, between High Street and Capitol Avenue
of this "ity.
SECTION 2. 'his ordinance shall b�,corie effective immediately
upon its passage end approval.

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTICA; 1. That there is hereby appropripted the sum of Two
Hundred Seventy Seven and 37/100 Dollars out of the WPA Fundm for the
purpose of refftnding to the property owners on lillmore Street be-
tween Proadway and Washington Street and on Proidway Street from
-' illmore Street south to the range line, their proportional part of
the money advanced by them that was not used in the construction of
said street under the WPA Project 9250.
The City Clerk is ?uthorized to draw warrants to th.e following named
property owners and in the amount as set out opposite each name.
