An ordinance of the City of Jefferson,, TTissouri, vacating and dis-
continuing as a public thoroughfare all that part of Douglas Drive
described as: Beginning at a point on the west line of Douglas
Drive, 55.8 feet north of., if measured at right angle thereto., 'the
north line of t:-ie Ten mile Drive; thence northerly along the east-
erly line of lot 14 of West Douglas Place to the northerly line'
of said lot 14; thence easterly along the northerly line of lot 14
npd the southerly line of lot 24 of Plest 'ouglas Place to the south
eeaterly corner of said lot 24 on the west line of Douglas DJ-JvZ!;
thence southerly o& a -'hriteen (13) degree curve to the point of
beginning, in the ity of Jefferson, 11,!issouri, as shown on the
original plats of 'Nest .ouglas Place, and authorizing and direct-
ing tile Mayor of said r,ity bb execute all necessary instruments to
the owners of the adjacent lot to and for said portion. of said
street so vacated, as the Tiarties entitled thereto, as sliown by the
record title to said adjacent and abutting property., ans declaring
a reverter to the respective owners of said abutting real estate.

so that said portion of said Drive has ceased to be of any use of
benefit as a public thoroughfare and that it would not inconvenience
the public of the citizens of the City of Jefferson, Tvlissouri., to
discontinue and vacate said portion of Douglas Drive., as a public
thoroughftre., therefore:

SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the "ity "ouncij of the City
o f Jefferson, !Ijssouri, deems it necessary and expedient to vacate
and discontinue that portion of "ouglas nrive described as:
