SECTIOIJ 5. That when said bands sha'.l have been prepared',
executed and registered they shall be lodged rith the City Treasurer
who shall deliver them to the purchaser thereof upon pcyrnent of the
purchase price (not less than par and accrued interest,) in accord-
ance with the terms of the sale of said bonds. The proceeds of said
bonds shall be used for the purpose bereinabove mentioned.
SECTION 6. That in order to make provision for the payment
of said bonds and the interest vrhi.ch will acevue thereon, there shah
be and there is hereby appropriated out of-tile Current RevEnue fonds
of 1943 Interest and sinking mound of said Pity, hereby created, the
following. sums, to-wit:

1"or Interest due L-prch 31, 1944 528.75
Total 4.0028.7T
and provision to meet the aforesaid appropriation shall be made out
of the first incoming revenues of said ity for the present fiscal
year, and to that end it is hereby amdenthe special duty of the
City Treasurer of said gity of Jefferson to reserve the aforesai
funds out of the first incoriing revenues of said city for said fiscal
year, and to credit the same to a psecial fund hereby created 1.0 the
City Treasury of said City and designated the "Current Revenue onds
of 1943 Interest and Sinking Fund," and the monies credited to said
fund shall be used for no other purpose than for the payment of the
.bonds herein directed to be issued and the interest to accrue thereon.
