DESIGNATING DULKU LOGISTICS OPERATOR FOR
BLOCK 2702, LOT 11 AND BLOCK 2703, LOT 10
WHEREAS, the Borough wishes to designate Dulku Logistics as the operator for Block
2702, Lot 11 and Block 2703, Lot 10 subject to the formalization of an operating lease
agreement therefore.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That Dulko Logistics is hereby designated as the Operator Lessee for the above
listed properties.
2. That the Appropriate Borough Officials, in consultation with the Boroughs
professionals, are hereby authorized and directed to negotiate and execute all
documents necessary to implement this designation, including but not limited to,
any lease agreements.
3. That the Carteret Redevelopment Agency is additionally authorized and directed
to execute any such documents on behalf of the Borough which have been
approved by the Borough's professionals.
