Ordinance number 4633, approved October 7,, 1943, is hereby amended by enacting and adding thereto a new section to be known as Section 565M to read as follows: Section 565M. The affixing of stamps., as provided for in this ordinance, shall also include the affixing of tax meter stamps upon packages of cigarettes.
