d. The Police Judge shall receive twelve hondr. ed dollars per annum
as salary.
e.- Each member of the 7ity council shall receive thirty five dollars
per month as salary; provided, that each member who has been
elected and qualified prior to the effective date of this ordi-
nance shall continue, during the term of office for which he was elected
and qualified, to receive sixty dollars per annum as salary, in addi-
tion tx a fee of five dollars per month for each standing committee of W#
which he is a mamber.
f. the "ity Assessor shall receive four hundred and fifty dollars per
annum as salary and, in addition thereto, he shall be paid the sum of
five cents for each merchant' s and manufacturer's list returned and, in
addition thereto, for making an assessment and return of lists of
personal and real assessments, he shall receive fees to the amount of
one half of the fees allowed the county Assessor for like services.
g. The city Treasurer shall receive six hundred dollars per annum as
salary.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

All ORDINANCE to amend Section 335, Chapter 3, aN amended, Revised
Ordinances of the '-ity of Jefferson, 1;'issouri, 1941, relating to the
salary of appointive officers and employees.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C:OUNC:IL OF' THE CITY OF' JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 335, Chapter 31 as amended, Revised
Ordinances of the -ity of Jefferson, 19412 be and the same is hereby
amended by striking out the words "twenty-four hundred dollars" in the
line"J" and substituting in lien thereof thr words "twenty-seven
hundred dollars" so that line "j" as amended shall read as follows:
Section 335:
J . The ity Clerk shall receive twenty-seven hundred
dollars per annum as salary.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
