BE IT ORDAIN-ED FY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEl ''ERSON) AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated,, the following:
REVENUE FUND
For the purpose of fraying the salaries of elective

AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 910, Chapter 19, Revised
Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Iizissouri, 19411 relating to
the duties of the City Dog Catcher and to enact a new section in
lieu thereof, relating to .the same subject, and to be known as
Section 910.
ICE IT OR7AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' T11E CITY OF JE) FERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Thpt Section 910, Chapter .19, Revised Ordinances
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1941, relating to the duties
of the City Dog catcher, be and the same is hereby repealed, and
a new section is enacted in lieu thereof, relating to the same
subject, to be known as Section 910 and to read as follows:
Section 910. It is hereby made the duty of the city dog
catcher or any police officer, of the City of Jefferson to
immediately take charge of any dog found running about the streets
with proper license tag,as herein provided, and to keep said dog
in custody for a -eriod of 2 days, and unless the owner of said
dog shall appear Pnd comply with the provisions of this chFpter,
said dog shall, after the time aforesaid be put to death by the
proper officials Qf the .Uity of Jefferson.
