MINUTES
November 10, 1999

Minutes: Motion was moved and seconded to approve the minutes for the Oct 13t and
November 10th meeting at the December 8t meeting.
New Business: The committee reviewed the revenue and expenditure report. Revenue
was up 12% to $53,139; rounds played were up 11 % to 32,475. This was the shortest
season to date. Mary Clemmer reported fiscal year totals of $204,859.60
The committee recommended that Dan Pillard inform the city that all winter meetings
(Oct -April) will be held at the clubhouse at 5pm. The rest of the meetings will be held at
7pm at City Hall.
Old Business: Recommendation was to leave fees alone, discussion tabled until next
meeting.
Staff Reports: Dan Pillard reported that there was no progress made on the
construction of bridges due to the work on the drainage project. Dan Pillard said he
would call Lumberman's on the lumber.
