DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO

WlIEP. EAS, applicatio, has been p~ ope, ly made to the Mayor and Council of the
Botongh oFCmtelet, New Jersey by C-arteret Jewish C~m..mity Center
of the Borough of Cmte~et; and
WI1EREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that tile
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist ate bona fide members
oFthe applicant (s); and
WIIEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accorda.ce with P. ules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough o£ Cmteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the m~do~ sement of the Mayor and Council by issuing,.upon proper
plesentation oFapplication and Fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant (s);
liE IT FURTllER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
Forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Conmfission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
