RESOLUTION NO. 8 2 - 9'7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, IN SPECIAL RECOGNI-
TION AND WITH SINCERE APPRECIATION FOR
SERVICES RENDERED BY THE TEXAS MUNICIPAL
LEAGUE, UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF FRANK STURZL,
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, the Richland Hills City Council desires to recognize the valuable services
provided by the Texas Municipal League in protection of the interests of cities in matters of
legislation that could be detrimental to the rights of cities, and the imposition of fees mandated
by the State of Texas; and
WHEREAS, the professional performance of duties by Mr. Frank Sturzl, Executive
Director of the Texas Municipal League, was unrelenting in protecting cities' rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE
CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
In special recognition of services rendered on behalf of cities in Texas, the Texas
Municipal League, under the professional leadership of Mr. Frank Sturzl, Executive Director, is
recognized for providing professional assistance and guidance to the City of Richland Hills and
other member cities of the Texas Municipal League.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas,
on this the 14th day of October 1997.
