AN ORWNANCE to repeal Section 322, Hevised Ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, Vissouri, 1041, relating to the appointment,
salary and duties of a building inspector and to enact a new
section in lieu thereof, relating to the same subject to be known
as Section 322.

SECTION 1. That Section 322, Hevised Ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, Vissouri, 1941, relat ng to the appointeent, salary
and duties of a building inspector Le and the same is hereby
repealed and a new section relating to the aurae subject is en-
acted in lieu thereof, to 'be- known as Section 322 and -to read
as follows:
SECTION 322. The building inspector of the 1-ity of Jefferson shall
be appointed by the mayor, by and with the advice and consent of
the me-rit*. of the members elected to the city council, shall
hold his::office for a term of two years and until his successor
be appointed and qualified. He shall receive a. salary of not
less thpn $60.00 per month anti not more than $100.00 per month
to be paid out of the fees collected; provided, that if' the funds
on hpnd from fees collected are nu-t sufficient to pay the minimum
monthly salary herein provided for, then the amount necessary to
pay the minimum salary over and above the smount of funds avail-
able, shall be payal-le out of kkr. general revenue..
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its
passage and approval.

and duties of an electrical inspector ant to enact a new section
in lieu thereof', relating to the same subject to be known as
Section 331.
