That chapter 1, Revised "rdinances of t he Uity of Jefferson, Missouri, 1941, relating to automoblies and traffic be and the same is hereby amneded by adding thereto a new section relating to the operations of motor vehicles, and other vehicles, into anC across certain intersectic:ns, to be known as Section 1,7A and to read as follows: SECTION 57A.
