AN ORDINIANCE accepting the Deeds of the Home Construction Company,
Tree Exchange rational tank, conveying two parcels of real es-
tate hereinafter described.

SEC`.l'IUN 1. That the `,°larranty Deed of the home construction
Company to the Ui ' y of Jefferson, I,iissouri, conveying to said
City 'the following described real estate, toewit: All of lot
17 and the north 20 feet of lot 10 of Block 2 of "The fZeadows"
a subdivision of part of the south half of Section 35 Town-
ship 45, Range 12, as shown in Plat book No. 4 at page 38 in
the office of the Hecord:ar of Deeds of Cole "ounty, Missouri9
Also that the Sewer Right of "!ay Deed of the F.ome Construction
Company and the quit- laim Deed of the Exchange "lational Fank
to the city of Jefferson, P;', ssouri, conveying to the said City
the following described rea estate to-wit: The west 5 feet
