Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Phis Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval,

AN ORDINANCE prohibiting vehicles to park in front of Theatres
during certain hours and to prohibit vehicles from obstructing
and parking in front of any rear exit of any Theatres in the City
of J fferson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to
leave or park a motor vehicle, carriage, wagon, or other vehddle,
on the south side of High Street beginning at a point on the curb-
ing 198 Seet, 8 inches from the southwest corner of the intersection
of High Street and Adams Street and running in a westerly direction
25 feet along the south curb of High Street during the hours from
one o'clock P.M. to twelve o'cl ock midnight. There shall be placed
at the proper places the neccessary signs notifying the public of
no parking in the above designated space during the designated hours,
Said signs shall also have printed on the bottom of the same the
number of this ordinepce.
Section 2. It is hereby declared unlawful for any person

ing 160 feet, 10 inches from the southwest corner of the intersec-
tion of High Street and Jefferson Street, and running in a westerly
direction 27 feet along the south side of High Street during the
hours from one o'clock P.M. to twelve o'clock midnight. there shall
be placed at the proper places the neccessary signs notifying the
public of no parking in the above designated space during the des-
ignated hours. Said sign shall also have printed on the bottom of
the same the number og this ordinanee.
Section 3. It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to

in front of or so as to obstruct in any way any rear exit of any
theatre in the City of Jefferson, Missouri. There shall be placed
at the proper places the necessary signs notifying the public of no
parking in the above designated spaces. Said signs shall also have
printed on the bottom of the same the number of this ordinance,
Section 4. Iny person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
