AN ORDINANCE OATHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, A LTUNICIPAL CORPORATION, TO SIGN AND EXECUTE A CERTAIN
LEASE ON THE PART OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN-
AFTER SET OUT TO , U1vgr Lerch_ apd Rpy E. Stockman . SAID LEASE
PERTAINING TO THE LEASING OF A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND TO BE USED
FOR FARMING PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The h'ayor of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri,
a municipal corporation, is hereby afthorized and directed to
sign and execute on behalf of.,the ''ity of Jefferson, Missouri,
a certain lease with Loive, r each and Ray E. Stack n, said lease
covering a certain tract of land to be used for farming purposes
and the terms of said lease to be as follows, to-wit:
THIS INDENTURE OF LEASE, made this 10th day of August, 1945,
by and between the city of Jefferson, Missouri, a municim al corp-
oration, hereinafter referred to as lessor, and Oliver Leach and
Egy__E,_Stoekman , of the L.ouncy of Uole State of Missouri,
hereinafter referred to as lessee, WITNESSEfi:
'hat the said lessor for and in consideration of the coven-
ants and agreements hereinafter mentioned, to be kept and performed
by the said lessee, has demised and leased to the lessee all of the
premises lying, being and situate in Callaway `'ounty, Aissouri,
and described as follows, to-wit:
A part of New Madrid Private Survey N's. 2622 and 26381
more particularly described as:

Survey No 26380 thence south 4 degrees and 30 minutes
East (magnetic along and with the west lin a of said

minutes East, 648.0 feet to the north right of way line
