containing 227.18 ficres.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises with all
the privileges and appurtenances belonging to the same unto the
lessee, his successors and assigns, for a term commencing on
the 10th day of ,ugustp 1945, and ending on the kst day of ugust,
1946.
The lessee in consideration of the leasing of the premises
aforesaid by the lessor to the lessee does hereby covenant and
agree with the lessor to pay the lessor as rent for the said pre-
mises in the amount and manner as follows, to-wit:
The sum of181 Dollars, _$_908.xQO____ Dollars to be
paid by said lessee to said lessor upon the signing of this lease,
and the balance of $90LOO ,a,ollars to be paid to said lessor
by said lessee on or before the 10th day of July, 1946.
Said lessee agrees to sow wheat, oats or other small
grains on the above described premises and harvest said crops
on or before August 1, 1946.
Said lessee has the privilege of subrenting any or all
of the above described land for the term of this lease under the
same terms and conditions of this lease.
SECTION 2. This ordbnancw shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage and approval.
