AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER, 1945
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There .is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the vity Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:

AN ORDINANCE accepting the Warranty Deed from Louise C. Johnson and
Lyle W. Johnson conveying certain lots to the vity of Jefferson,
Missouri, as hereinafter described.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,,
r AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Warranty Deed Crom Louise C. Johnson
and Lyle W. Johnson to the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, conveying
to said City the following gescribed real-estate, .to-wit:
Lot A in "lock 1 of a ub division known as
Section 1 of Panorama Rills, Jefferson City,
Missouri; also Lots Nos. 15, 28, 29, and 30,
Block No. 2 of a Subdivision known as Section 1
of Panorama Hills, Jefferson vity, Missouri,
A Plat of said subdivision was filed September
231 1938 in Plat Book No. 4, Page 10, Cole County,
Missouri, recorderh Offive,
be and is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
