AN ORDINANCE acdepting the deed from the trustees of the property
described in a certr1 n plat of the subdivision known as Section
One of Panorama Hills, Jefferson luity, Missouri., said plat being
filed for record September 231 1938, in Plat Book No. 4, Page 10,
Cole county, Missouri, Recorder' s Office; said deed conveying
certain interests as hereinafter set out.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOITRI, AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION 1. That the deed from the trustees for the pro-
perty described in a certain plat of the subdivision known as
Section One of Panorama Hills, Jefferson pity, Missouri, said plat
being filed for record September 23, 1918, in Plat 'Vook No. 4,
Page 10, Cole "ounty, Missouri Recorder&s Office, be and is hereby
accepted; said deed conveying to the ity of Jefferson, M ssouri,
certain interests in Section One of Panorama Hills, a subdivision
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, to-wit:
Hawthorn Parkway (60 feet wide) , Linden Drive (60 feet wide)
Holly Drive (50 feet wide), Laurel Drive (50 feet wide), and Belle-
vue court (30 feet wide) , as shown with etched lines upon the plat
of said subdivision known as Section One of Panorama Hills,
Jefferson City Missouri, said plat being filed for record September
23, 1938, In Plat Book No. 4, page 10, Cole `'ounty Missouri, Re-
corder s Office; also the assessments as shown wiU etched lines
on the side and rear of certain lots as shown on the plat of the
subdivision lnown as Section One of Panorama Hlls, Jefferson City,
Missouri said plat being filed_for record September 23, 1938 in
Plat Boo NO. 4, page 10, "ole ounty, Missouri Recorder' s Office.
Said streets and said easements-are hereby dedicated to public
use forever.
The right to establifh grades upon said streets and ease-
ments is hereby granted to the vity of Jefferson Missouri, a
municipal corporation, and all claims for damage which may arise
by reason of changing the present surface to conform to any grades
whzich may be established ate hereby waived.
Said trustees also hereby grant, remise, release, and for-
ever quitclaim unto the City of ffefferson, Missouri, a Municipal
corporation, all their rights, title, and interest whatever
interest it shall be to the parks in Block 1 and J`11.ock lV, as
shown with etched lines upon the Plat of a Cubdivision known as
Section One of #anorama Hille, Jefferson City, Missouri. Said
Plat was filed for record September 23, 1938 in Plat book No. 4,
page 10, of the Cole county, Missouri Recorder's Office.
Said trustees also hereby grant, remise, release. and for ,
ever quitclaim unot the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the right to
build, construct, Weep, and maintain sewers on Hawthorn Parkway,
Linden Drive, Holly Drive, Laurel Drive and Beltuue Court; also
on the easements on the side and rear of aertain lots; said ease-
ments and streets being shown with etched lines upon the plat of the
Subdivision of Section One of Panorama Hills, Jefferson City
Missouri• said plat being filed for record September 23 1936 in
Plat Boot No. 4, page 10, of the tole "ounty, Missouriecorder's
Office.
Said City of Jefferson, Missouri, a municipal corporation,
shall have the right al all times to go upon said streets and said
easements herein designated to construct, maintain, and repair said
sewers as may be necessary.
Section 2. this ordinance shall take effect and be in joeee
from and after its passage and approval.
