WHEREAS a notice of the filing of said petition was
published in tie Jefferson City Post-Tribune on the following
dates to-wit: August 17,18� ,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26 27,28 29,30,
and 3� , and September 2 and 3; said notice stating t�iat al interest-
ed psrties are hereby notified that the ity Council of the said
City of Jefferson, 11jssouri will consider said change at its first
regular meeting on M nday, September 10, 1945, and that a public
hearing will b@ held on said day, and,
WHEREAS no protests were made to the �"ity Council of the
City of Jefferson at its regular meeting oh September 10, 1945)
as regards re-zoning said territory for a business district.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter the following described lots and par-
cels of land may be used and occupied, built on and buildings
constructed for public purposes, And shall be classified as an
"F" business district, as is now provided in the Zoning Ordinanci-,e
of the city of Jefferson, 114ssouri, and siad land is more paricu-
larly described as follows, to-wit;
The territory consisting of the block
South of uunklin Street and East of
W'ar' s Creek and between the alley South
of Dunklin, Walnut and Mulberry Streets
and the territory 'Nest of same to Dunklin
Boulevard, known as Highway No. 50 and the
block North of Dunklin Street West Pf Wear' s
Creek up to and including Dunklin Boulevard
known as Highway No. 509 also the territory
extending West of Dunklin 'oulevard, knonw as
Highway No. 50 now zoned as commercial and
apartmentz up to Elm Street.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage and approval.

` BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money
in the ``ity Treasury not otherwise approoriated, the following:
