AN ORDIFANCE providing that the Chief of Police-of the City of
Jefferson,, Riissouri,� may appoint twelve patrolmen or policemen
in the same manner as now provided by law.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the City of Jefferson, T' issouri9
shall have twelve regular patrolmen or policemen, which patrolmen
or eolicemen shall be appointed and confirmed as is now provided
by ity ordinance of the city of Jefferson, Missouri*
Section 2. this ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its passage and approval and the Chief of Police
of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri shall as soon as possible name
one additional policeman to be approved and confirmed in the same
manner as now provided by City Ordinance of the Pity of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
