AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RE-ZONING AND RE-DISTRICTING OF AND
CHANGING AND REDISTRICTING THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED TO A
BUSINESS DISTRICT "F", THE SAID TERRITORY BEING RE-ZONED CONSISTING
OF REAL ESTATE LOCATED WEST OF KANSAS STREET AND RUNNING TO THE CITY
LIMITS, AND IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF U. S.
HIGHWAY NO. 50 FOR 150 FEET, AT;D I-MP41EDIATELY SOUTH OF THE RIGHT OF
WAY LINE OF U. S. HIGHVIAY N0. 50 FOR 150 FEET.
WHEREAS, the City vouncil on its own motion December 3rd, 1945,
ordered publication to be-made and Hearings to be held for the pur-
pose of amending, changing, reclassifying and modifying the boundaries
of the zoning ordinance of the City of Jefferson, ?Missouri, No. 35101
and requesting a re-zoning of the territory described as follows:
Real estate located west of Kansas Street and running
to the ity limits, and immediately north of the right
of way line of U. S. Highway No. 50 for 150 feet, and
immediately south of the right of way line of U.S. High-
w way No. 50 for 150 feet.
