WHEREAS a notice was published in the Jefferson lity Capital
News on the foilowing dates, to wit: December 21 22, 23, 25, 27, 280
29, 30, 1945, and January 1,3,4, 5 and 6, 1946; aiso in the Jefferson
ity Post Tribune on the following dates, to wit: December 24 and 311
1945; and said notice stating that all intea-ested parties are hereby
notified that the "ity Council of said City of •Jefferson, Missouri, will
consider said change at its first regular meeting, to wit, onday,
January 7, 1946„ after due publication has been made, and that public
hearings will be held, and,
WHEREAS, no protests were made to the ''ity `'ouncil of the Uity
of Jefferson, Missouri, at its regular meeting as regarding the re-zoning
of said territory for a business district "F", a d no protests at any
other time were made
BE IT ORDAINE6 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOTJRIi AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described lots and parcels
of land and real estate may be used and occupied, built on, and build-
, ings constructed thereon for public purposes, and shall be classified
as a "F" business district as is now provided in the zoning ordinance
of the city of Jefferson, Missouri, and siad land is more particularly
described as follows:
Real estate located west of Kansas Street and
running . to the city limits, and immediately
north of the right of way line of U.S. Highway
No. ' 50 for 150 feet, and immediately south of the
right of way line of U.S. Highway N . 50, for
150 feet.
Section 2. All buildings constructed or occupied on the lots,
parcels of land, and real estate as set out in Section 1 shall face
in the direction toward U.S. Highway No. 50 and shall not be built
or occupied lacing in any other direction.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINAN CE providing for the rezoning and redistricting of, and
changing and redistricting the property herein described to a busi-
ness district F,the said territory being rezoned consisting of real
estate located east of "ladison Street and north of Russell Street
and westerly of Monroe Street, being the southerly 2 part of Outlot
77; Outlot 29 and Lots 9 and 10 of Outlot 76, westerly of Madison
Street, northerly of Union Avenue and Spruce Avenue, and all of
which territory is along what is known as U. S. Highway 54 and
territory in the immediate vicinity thereof, which territory is
now zoned under a district knnwn as District "A".
