Hereafter the following described lots and parcels of land and real estate may be used and occupied, built on, and build- , ings constructed thereon for public purposes, and shall be classified as a "F" business district as is now provided in the zoning ordinance of the city of Jefferson, Missouri, and siad land is more particularly described as follows: Real estate located west of Kansas Street and running . to the city limits, and immediately north of the right of way line of U.S. Highway No. ' 50 for 150 feet, and immediately south of the right of way line of U.S. Highway N . 50, for 150 feet. Section 2. All buildings constructed or occupied on the lots, parcels of land, and real estate as set out in Section 1 shall face in the direction toward U.S. Highway No. 50 and shall not be built or occupied lacing in any other direction.
