BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
I;ISSOURI, AS FOLL0iS:
Section 1. The City Council of the yity of Jefferson, I.'issouri,
does hereby vacate, aba: don, discontinuem and release to Elliott M.
Dampf a five (5) foot strip off of the easterly end of Lot No. 16 of
Bird Maven Addition to the City of Jefferson, Iv'issouri, a subdivision
of Outlot No. 67, for the purpose of a sidewalk and sewer construction
and amintenance easement.
Section 2. 'he `"gyro of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
is hereby authorized and empowered to execute and' deliver on the
behalf of the `pity of Jefferson, Missoot.iri, to Elliott M. Dampf,
the present owner of Lot No. 16 of Bird Haven Addition to the City
of Jefferson Missouri, a Subdivision of Outlot No. 67, a release
of a five (51 foot strip off of the easterly end of said lot No. 16,
said strip of land being deeded to the City of Jefferson, F3issouri,
for a sidewalk and sewer construction and maintenance easement.
Section 3. ''his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

MILDRED :LANDIS DAMPF CONVEYING A SIDEWALK A D SEWER CONSTRUCTION
AND MAIKTENANCE EASEMENT FIVE FEET WIDE OFF OF THE EASTERLY END
OF LOTS TIOS. 2,4, 5,6,8,9,10,11,12, 13,15,16,17, and five feet wide
off of the westerly end of lots Nos. 18,19,21, 23,24,25,26,27,28,
29 and 30 of Bird Haven Addition to the City f Jefferson, Missouri,
a subdivision of Outlot No. 67.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. hat the Warranty Deed from Elliott M. Dampf
and Mildred Landis tampf to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, con-
veying to said city the following described property, to-wit:
