AN UDIDIANCE accept.;ng snf approving the plat of Richard D. Fowler
Special Commissioner, duly appointed by the Circuit Judge of Vole
County., Iiissouri., on the 9th day of January, 1946, to sub-divide
and p1r:t the following described property., all of which is in the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson., Missouri., all of
fractional Plot 877, the easterly 98 feet 9 inches of gractional
Inlot 676., part of the northeast quarter add part of the southeast
quarter of Section 12, -ownship 44 Range 12, and being more I:arti-
cularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Range Line, 168-3 feet south of the
northeast corner of the southeast quarter of said section 12; thence
west parallel to the north line of said southeatt quarter 487 feet to
the east line of Deleware Street; thence north along the esst line of
Deleware Street 285 feet; thence east parallel to the south line of
the northeast quarter of said section,, 190 feet; thence north para-
llel to Deleware Street, 85.6 feet; thence east parallel to the
sout,1i line of the northeast quarter of said section., 184.9 feet;
thence south parallel to the Range Line,, 191 feet; thence east para-
llel to Dunklin Street 110 feet; thence northerly parallel to the
easterly line of Inlot-875 for a distance of 218 feet 9 inches to

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Richard D. Fowler acting "pecial Commissioner
for the owners of the real gstate hereinafter described and situate
in the City of Jefferson., Til ssouri, having submitted to the
Council for its approval a flat of said real estate in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, all of fractional Inlot 877, the easterly 98
feet 9 inches, of fracti nal Inlot 876, part of the northeast
quarter add part of the southeast quarter of Section 12 Township 44.
Range 12, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the range line, 168-3 feet south of the
