Ali. of said subdivision being within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri. and it appearing that the said plat
has been dilly and properly signed and accepted by the Special
Commissioner for tiie o�ners of said "FLICK'S SUPDIVISION", that all
taxes hEve been paid thereon and in all reppects tiie requirements of
Chapter 82 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1939, entitled
"Plats" have been complied with.
Therefore the plat of land of Special Commissioner known
as "FLICK'S STIBDIVISION" a subdivisdm lying within ti,e corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Yissouri, as shown on the plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby accept-
ed and approved by the Council and the 4ity Clerk after its passage
and approval of this Ordinance is hereby directed to endorse accept-
ance and approval of the said plat and to certify to the same uncle
the Beal of tine pity of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORJIYANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT T• 0. 67, WITHIN THE CITY OF'
JEFFERSON
s MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOTJNDARIES TIJEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY IF JEFFERSON, 1,'ISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City if Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and. ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District No.
67, and said district to be ectabllished with location and boundaries
as follows: Beginning on the .west line of Beck Street and the North
right of way lin.e of the Missouri State Highway No. 50; thence west
along the north right of way line of said Highway, 220.3 feet; thence
North parallel to Peck Street, 739.2 feet; thence at right angles,
in a westerly direction to Beck Street, 95 feet. thence North. para-
llel to Beck Street 221.6 feet to the outherly line of St. Mary' s
Boulevard; thence southeasterly along the southerly line of St.
Mary' s 'ouleverd,593.9 feet; themce southerly parallel to Beck
Street, 883.7 feet to the northerly right of way line of the Missouri
State Highway No. 50; thence westerly, 270.4 feet of the point of
beginning.
AOL SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION39. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

SECTION 1. That the City "ouncil of the `pity of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary and
other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible
in sewer District No. 67, as established by Ordinance a sanitary
sewer, 8nd it is ordered that the same be made and constructed with-
;;;, out unnecessary delay and that the said district sewer be con-
