SECTION 2. The said sewer shall begin at the present sewer
on the north side of Highway No. 50 and the center line of Beck
Street in a westerly direction and at right angles to Beck Street;
thence north along the center line of Beck Street, 765 feet; thence
in a vesterly direction and at right angles to Reck Street, 247 feet.
SECTION 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance, and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipetpshall be constructed to bhe plans and specifications of
the "itp Engineer.
SECTICT' 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE providing for the rezoning and redistricting of, and
changing and redistricting the property herein described to a dis-
trict known as "Light Industrial District G" the property to be
rezoned being the following: The southerly t5 feet of Inlot No. 716
and Inlot 717, in the City of Jefferson., Tissouri, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said
Inlot No. 716, thence ruahigg north 65 feet along and with Madison
Street, thence easterly parallel with Elm Street 208 feet and 9 in-
ches, to an alley, thence southerly parallel with Madison Street 65
feet, to the southerly line of Inlot No. 717, thence westerly along
the southerly lines of said Inlots 208 feet 9 inches, to the point of
beginning.
WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the "Glprk of the City of
Jefferson on the 7th day of January, 1946, praying to amend, change,
reclassify and remodify the boundaries of the zoning ordinance of
the City of Jefferson, Mi ssouri, and requesting a rezoning of the '
territory in said petition described, =nd praying that a rezoning
be had of same as may be deemed advisable and for the best interests,
of the public, and
WHEREAS., as provided for by the zoning ordinance of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri., a notice of the filing of said petition was
published in the Capital flews and Jefferson City Post-Tribune on
January 20,21,22,23,24,25,26.,27,28,29,30 and 31, and February 1, 2,
and 3; said notice stating that all parties are hereby notified that
the city Council of the �'ity of Jefferson, Missouri, will consider
said change at its first regular meeting after due publication has been
made, and that public hearing will. be held, and

City of Jefferson, Missouri, at its regular meeting as regards
rezoning said territory for a "Light Industrial District"grr,,
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter the following described lots and parcels
of land may be used a d occupied, built on, and buildings constructed
thereon for public purposes, and shall be classified as a "G" Light
Industrial District,6& as is now provided in the zoning ordinance
of the City of Jefferson, M ssouri, and said land is more particularly
described as follows; to wit:
The southerly 65 feet of Inlot No. 716 and In1bt Nop 717, in
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described
