Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. 1 his ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage and approval.

AN ORDININCE CREATING A STOP AT THE INTRRSECTICN OF CAPITAL AVENUE
AND CHERRY STREET.
BE IT CRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter all motor vehicles, motorcycles,
or other vehicles shall come to a full and .complete stop before
. entering the intersection named below:
Stop on Cherry Street befome entering intersection ejb Capital Ave.
Only vehicles goong in an easterly direction on Capital Avenue,
stop on Capital Avenue before entering intersection at Cherry Street.
Any person violating any of tKe provisions of this section
shall be guilty of misdemeanor or may be subject to a fine of not
more than one h�lt.ndred dollars ($100.00) , or imprisonment not to
exceed ninety (90) days, or both fine and imprisonment.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force from and after
its passage and approval.

CITY, MISSOURI, SAID REQUEST BEINF DATED FEBRUARY 1, 1946.

ASR FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a request filed by the Jefferson �'ity Lines,
Inc., dated February 1, 1946 requesting certcin changes in their
present bus route as follows, to—wit:
Leave High Street at Broadway and proceed south on Broadway
to Atchison Street, west on Atchison Street to Mulberry, north on
I'ulberry to Dunklin, then the present route to Elm Street and High-
way No. 50 then proceed east on Elm Street to Mulberry and north on
