ordinance shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not

herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDI',IANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF RIDGEWAY
DRIVE FROM THE NORTH RIGHT OF 'NAY LINE OF THE TEN RULE DRIVE AND THE
SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF W^ST"ORELAND HEIGHTS ADDITION--north 625 feet be
and hereby is established as follows; Beginning at the cetner line of
Ridgeway Drive and the north right of way line of the Ten Mile
Drive, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 268.00; thence 25
feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be,
267.25; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the
grade shall be 266.25; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 264.77; thence 175 feet on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 252.66; thence 50
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be,
248.89; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 244, 50; thence 250 feet on a uniform grade where the
elevation of the grade shall be 221.00.
