That the grade line of the roadway of Westmore Drive from the north right of way line of the Ten Mile Drive and the south property line of Westmore Heights Addition-- north 790 feet be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the center line of Westmore Drive and the north right of way line of the ten 1.4 le Drive, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 272.00; thence 155 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 260.66; thence to feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 256.99; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be, 254.69; thence 245 feet on a a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 246.80; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shal shall be 246.10; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be 245.80; thence 240 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade Mall be, 241. 50.
