MEMO) a notice was published in the Jefferson Uity Post Tribune
on the following dales to-wit: February 5, February 61 February 7,
February 8) February li February 12., February 13, February 14,
February 15, February 16, Ot"x and February 19., 1946 and also in
the Jefferson City Capital News on the following dates, to-wit:
February 9, February 10, February 16, and February 17) 1946) said
notice stating that all interested parties are hereby notified that
the said city Council of tthe City of Jefferson, Missouri will
consider said change at its recessed meeting, to-wit: Wddnesday,
February 20 1 946 after due publication has been made end th,-t public
hearings will held and,
Whereas, no protests were made at the Gity Council of the City of
Jefferson, M ssouri, at said recessed meeting as regarding the re-
zoning of said territory for a tusiness district 'IF" and no
protests at any other tiriie were made.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THII CITY OF JEFFERSON,
t1ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described lots and parcels
of land and real estate may be used and occupied; built on, and
buildings constructed thereon for public purposes; and shall be
classified as a 'IF" buisness district as is now provided in the
zoning ordinance of ity ()Of Jefferson, Missouri and said land is
more particularly described as follows., to-wit:
Real estate located in Jefferson "ity, J�JiSSOUrj
designated as Inlots Nos. 664,665,666,668; 669,
and thet part of Inlot Tic. 667 which lies North
west of Weir Creek; and real estate being fErther
described as that situated South of Yiller Street.,
North of Elm Street, West of Weir Creed and East
of IT. S. Highway 50 Pnd Harrison Street.
Section 2. All. ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE ATONEY FOR TEE MONTH OF FEBRUARY., 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following:
