WHEREAS; the City Couhcil on February 4, 1946 ordered publi-
cation to be made and hearings to be held for the purpose of amend-
ing, changing, reclassifying and modifying the boundaries of the
zoning ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, No. 3510, and
requested a re-zoning of the territory described as follows:
A 15 acre tract in the northeast corner of
the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter
of Sect;.on 12,township 44, Rdnge 12, `Tole County,
Missouri9
and that a re-zoning be had of same and the immediate territory
in said vicinity as may be deemed advisable and for the test
