BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
t"ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Hereafter the following described lots and
parcels of land and real estate may be used and occupied, built
on, and buildings constructed thereon for public purposes, and
shall be classified as a "H" District as is now provided in the
zoning ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and said
land is more particularly described as follows, to--wit:
A 15 acre tract in the northeast corner of the
northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 12, Township 54, Range 12, Cole County,
Missouri.
SECTION 2. All ordinaances or parts of ordinances in
conflict hbetbwith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Phis ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

CHAP;GING AND REDISTRICTING THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED TO A
DISTRICT "F". THE SAID TERRITORY PEING RE-ZONED CONSISTING OF
REAL ESTSTE, TO-WIT, THE SOUTHWESTERLY PART OF INLOT 823 FRONTING
5.4 FEET, 9 INCHES ON I4;ADISON STREET AND RUNNING 58 FEET 41 INCHES

February, 1946, ordered publication to be made and hearings to be
held for the purpose of amending, changing, reclassifyir1 ., and
modifying the boundaries of the zoning ordinance of the 6-ity of
Jefferson, Missouri, No. 3510, and requested a re-zorMg of the
territory described as follows:
The southwesterly part of Inlot 823 fronting
54 feet, � inches on Madison Street and running
58 feet 42 inches on Lunklin Street, and being
loctaed at the northeast corner of Madison and
Dunklin Streets, Jefferson L'ity, Missouri .
