Council of said City if Jefferson, M ssouri will consider said
change nt its regular meeting after due publication has been snide and t
that public hearings will be held on the 4th day of : :arch, 1946 at
the retu.lar meeting of said council and at such further times as may
be required by the puvlic interest, and
WHEREAS, no protests were made to the City �"ouncil of the
City of Jefferson I,lissouri, at public hearings held ahn Tlarch 4,
1946 at the City douncil' s regular meeting regarding there-zoning
of said territory for a district "F",
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described lots and pare&ls
of land and real estate may be used and occupied, built on, and
buildings constructed thereon for public ourposes, and shall be
classified as a "E'" district as is now provided in the zoning
ordinance of . the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, and said land is mor
particularly described as follows, to-wait:
The southwesterly part of Inlot 823 fronting
54 feet, c inches on -1'adison Street and running
58 feet 4: inches on ,unklin Street, and being
located at the northeast corner of Madison and
Dunklin Streets, Jefferson City, Missouri.
Section 2. t'llo ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. 'his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RE-ZONING AND REDISTRICTING OF AND
CHANGING AMID REDISTRICTING THE PROPERTY HEREIA DESCRIBED TO A
DISTRICT "G", THE SAID TERRITORY BEING RE-ZONED COI:'SISTING OF REAL
ESTATE, TO-'NIT, THE NORTHWEST PART OF INLDT 260, DESCRIBED AS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER CF SAID INLOT: THENCE EASTERLY
ALONG THI; NC'RTHERLY LINE THEREOF, 90 FEET: THENCE SOUTHERLY
PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID IP:LOT, 40 FEET: THENCE
WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE, 90 FEET TO THE WESTERLY
LINE Of SAID INLOT: THENCE NORTHERLY 40 FEET TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
WHEREAS, the Vity Council on its onw motion on February 4, 1946
ordered publication to be made and hearings to he held for the pur-
pose of amending, vhanging, reclassifying, and modifying the bound-
ariew of the zoning ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
No. 3510, and requested a re-zoning of the territory described as
follows:
The northwest part of Inlot 260, described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Inlot;
thence easterly along the northerly line thereof, 90 feet;
thence southerly parallel to the westerly line of said
Inlot, 40 .feet; thence westerly parallel to the northerly line,
90 feet to the westerly line of said Inlot; thence northerly 40
feet to the point of beginning:, in the ity of Jefferson, I:"issouriw
and that a re-zoning be had of same end the immediate territory in
said vicinity as may be deemed advisable and for the best interests
