1946; end also in the Jefferson City Post-Tribune on the following

stating that all interested parties are hereby notified that the
City Council of said City of Jefferson, 14Issouri, will consider
said change at its recessed meeting on the 20th day of February,
1;46, after due publication has been made, and that public hearings
will be held, and,
WHEREAS, no protests were made to the City "'ouncil of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, at public hearing held on the 20th
day of February, 1946, at Council ' s recessed meeting regard- rig the
re-zoning of said territory for a district "Gil),
BE IT ORDAIF ED PY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described lots and
parcels of land and real estate may be used and occupied, built on,
and buildings constructed thereon for public purposes, and shall
be classified as a "G" district as is now provided in the zoning
ordinance of the `'ity of Jefferson, Yissouri, and said land is
more perticularky-described as follows, to-wit:
The northwest part of Inlot 260, described as.
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Inlot;
thence easterly along the northerly line thereof
90 feet; thence southerly parallel to the westerly line
of said Inlot, 40 feet; thence westerly parallel to the
northerly lire, 90 :feet to the westerly line of said Inlot
thence northerly 40 feet to the point of beginning, in
the City of Jefferoon, r?issouri.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. +his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO DE n1OWN AS 21-A
of ORDII`:ANCE NO. 3510 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .
RE IT ORDA NED BY THE CITY COUPICIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS; to-wit, Section 21-A.
The City Council may from time to time on its own
motion or on petition, after at least five days' public
notice and hearings, as provided by 12w, amend, supplement
or change, modify or repeal, the boundaries or regulations
herein or subsequently established, after submitting same to
the Building Inspector cf Jefferson City, 1;', ssouri for his
recommendations and report. In case, however, of a protest
