The meeting was called to order by Chairman Fortin at 8:30 p.m.
Present were verb Gaspar, Kenneth Fortin, Mun Scherer and Ahne Theis.
The A.nutes of the planning commission meeting of Dec. 21, 1959
were read to the members. The minutes were accepted as read.
Mrs. Seitz presented a new plan for her proposed building. The
new plans called .for a building 3C' by 24' or 720 square f eF=t, taping
into consideration the exposed lower level and the story above grade.
Discussion on the area 6f the house and the grading that had been
done on the lot followed. Kenneth Fortin suggested submitting the
new plan to the Village Engineer, Archie Carter for his recommendation.
He also suggested that hr. Carter report to t'_e Planning Commicsion
by Jan. 28, 196C.
Kenneth Fortin then explained that Mayor Hatcher had asked to
have the following brought up for the opinion of the Planning Commission.
The report that a home had been built in Ledina without a permit and
the rer,ort that a barn roof had been built so that. it overhangs a
Village Road. The Mayor asked for the recommendation of the Planning
Commission. Kenneth Fortin In behalf of the members suggested th-lt
they recouliend that the Village Council contact the violaters and
ask them to appear before the Council and explain their position.
There was a discussion on the possibility of amending our
ordinance to include the necessity of paying a fee to the Parr, Fund
by purchasers of individual lots. No action was taken.
The question arose as to the disposition of action of the Moyer
law suiteand the clerk explained that no decision had been received
from Judge Fossene as yet/
