WHEREAS, the City Council at its regular meeting on
March 4, 1946 ordered publication to 1:e made and hetrrings to
be held for tie purpose of amending, changing, reclassifying,
end modifying the boundaries of the zoning ordinance of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, No. 3510, and requested a re-zoning
of the territory described as follows:
Lot No. 21, Block 7, in Washington Park Addition
to the city of Jefferson, Missouri,
and that a re-zonkmg be had of same and the immediate territory
within said vicinity as mad be deemed advisable and to the best
interests of the public, and,
WHEREAS, a notice was published in the Jefferson Cit
Capital trews on the following dates, to-wit: March 26, 27, 2�,
2.9 and 30, 1946; said notice stating that all interested parties
are hereby notified that the laid Council of the Uity of Jeffer-
son, ?Iirsouri will consider said change at its regular meeting
in April, 1946, after due publication has been made, and that
public hearings will be held on said date and that such further
and other public hearings chill be held as may be at this tithe
or hereafter demanded by all interested parties.
PE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter the following described llts and
parcels of land ind real estate may be used and occupied, built
on, and buildings constructed thereon for public purposes, and
shall be classified as a "F" 61i.stri et s 1.s now provided in the
zoning ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Pd ssouri, and said
land is more particularly described as Lot 21, 'lock 7, in Wash-
innton Psrk Addition to the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

A DISTRICT "F", SAID TERRITORY BEING RE-ZONED CONSISTING OF CER*
TAIN REAL ESTATE LYING, P_EING AND SITUATE IN JEFFERSON CITY, COLE
