WHEREAS, a notice was published in the Jefferson %.-ity

1946 said notice stating that all interested parties are hereby
notified that the said council of the interested

will consider said changex at its meeting on April 8, 1946m, after
due publication has been made., and that public hearings will be
held on said date and that such furhter and other public hearings
will be held as may be at this time or hereafter demanddd by all
interested parties.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF jEFFr-,RSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . T-ror(-?lifter the following described lots and
parcels of land and real estate may be used and occupied., built on
and buildings constructed thereon for public purposes., and shall
be classified as a 'IF" district as is now provided in the zoning
ordinance of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri,, and said lafid is
more particularly described as certain real estate lying., being and
situate in Jefferson City, Cole ounty) MLssouri, as follows;
to-wit: A part of the northeatt quarter of Section 11., township 44.,
of Range 12,, and particularly described as follows: Beginning on
the south line of said quarter 1174-35 feet west of the southeast
corner thereof., thence north 5 deg. west (Magnetic) 1148. 5 feet.,
to the south right of way line of the U.S. H ghwyy 'N". 50, thence
easterly along and with said right of way line 250 feet., to the
northwest corner of a tract of lRiad formerly o-,!ned by E. C. hilders
and Kay Childers, thence south 5 deg. east,, along and with tie
west line of the said (-hilders tract of land 1138-75 feet., to the
southwest corner thereof., and the south line of said qusrter section.,
thence west along said quarter section line 249.6 feet,, to the point
of beginning. Uontaining 6. 56 acres,, more or less.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passave and approval.
