AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY DEAD FROAT SAM EVELER AND
FRANCES EVEEER, HIS WIFE, CONVEYING CERTAIN LOTS TO THE CITY
MF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOTTRI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Warranty Deed from Sam Eveler and
Frances Eveler, his wife to the ity of Jefferson, Missouri,
conveying to said Pity tie following described real estatee
to-wit:
Lots 11 and 12 in Block No. 15 of Wolff' s Subdivision of a
part of the North half og the Northeast quarter of Section
12, 'ownship 44, Range 12 West, Jefferson City, Cole "ounty,
Missouri.
be and is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. 1his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATETNG MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING
CERTAIN REAL ESTATE AS HEREINAFTER SET OUT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. here is hereby appropriated out of 9ny money in
the �"ity Treasury of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, not otherwise
a propriated in the amount of Three tr�ousand six hundred dollars
(3,600.00) said sum to be pait to Gus Wolff as the purchase price
of- certain real estate more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 1,2,3,4•, and 5 in "lcok 3 and all of Block 4 of Wolff' s
fidb6limni.on of the sprt; of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 44, Range 12 West, Jefferson
City, Missouri, Cole nounty.
The Mayor a d ity `'lerk are hereby authorized to issue a warrant
payable to �usc,Nolff as herein specified.
Section 2. .•here is hereby apprropriated oft of any money
of the City Treasury of the city of Jefferson, Missouri, not
otherwise appropriated in the amount of Twelve h-_:ndred dollars
($1200.00) said sum to be paid to Sam Eveler and Frances Eveler,
his wife, as the pur hase price of certain real estate more
particularly described as follows, to--wit:
Lots 11 and 12 in "lock No. 15 of Wolff' s Subdivision
of a. part of the North half of the Northeast quarter of Section
122 township 44, Range 12 West, Jefferson City, Cole County,
M1 ssouri.
The Mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized to issue a
warrant payable to Sam Eveler and Frances Eveler, his wife, as
herein specified.
Section 3. , his ordinance shall take effect and be inforce
form and after its passage and approval.
