Township 44 Range 12, described as, fronting 910.9 feet on Beck
Street and running back easterly 220 feet, the south line co-inciding
with the north line of the M ssouri State Highway No. 50, and the
north line of said tract co-�nciding with the south line of St. Mary's
Boulevard.
Assessment 197,493 sq. ft. ® $0.00706077 `'ost $1394.47
SECTION 3. The vity clerk is hereby instructed to pro-
ceed at once to make out special tex bills under the seal of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against
said lots or pieces of land in the aforesaid Sewer District N.. 67
situated, mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned
sections of this ordinance in the name of the ownerz or owners
thereof, which said special and certified tax bills shall be signed
by the Mayor and attested and recorded by the city Clerk and delivered
to Brunner construction ompany the contractor of the work of constructio
of the aforesaid sewers as provided and required by the �'harter of
the ity of Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the
c��nszruction of sewers in said Sewer istrict N'. 67, heretofore
passed and approved by the Council.
SECTION 4. his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
