#47RDINANCE AN APP ROPRIATING MONEY FOR TIE PURPOSE OF ?MAKING P ECESSARY
REPAIRS ON THE CITY SWIN21ING POOL AND SHELTER HOUSE ATTACHED THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri not otherwise appro-
priated in the amount-of twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000.00) said
sum to be turned over to the Jefferson „ity Park board, Jefferson
City, Missouri, for the purpose of amking necessary repairs on the
City Swimming Pool and the helter House located on said premises
all being located at the State Park, Jefferson `'ity, Missouri9 the
Mayor and ,ity.(;lerk are hereby authorized to issue a warrant in the
sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($2Q,000.00) payable to the Jefferson
City Perk Roard, Jefferson pity, M, ssouri for the purpose as herein
specified.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance will take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
