AN ORDIVANCE PROVIDING TOR THE REZONING AND REDISTRICTING OF, AND
CHANGINF AND REDISTRICTING TH R PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED TO A
DISTRICT KNOWN AS "F", AS PROVIDED UNDER THE ZONING ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI; THE, PROPERTY TO BE REZONED
DESCRIBED AS PROPERTY: to-wit: Lot 26, Carlin' s "ubdivision, .a
subdivision of the uity of Jefferson, Missouri.
WHEREAS a petition was filed with the clerk of the ity of
Jefferson, Missouri on the 6th day of relay, 1946, praying to`'amend,
change, reclassify and remodify the boundaries of the zoning
ordinance of the ity of Jefferson, Missouri, and requesting a rezoning
of the territory in said petition described and praying that a re-
zoning be had of same as may be deemed advisable and for the best
interests of the publics and
WHERFASj, as provided for ty the zoning ordinance of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri a notice of the filing of said petition wss
published in the Jefferson City Post-Tribune on May 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31
1946, ,said notice stating that all parties are hereby notified that the
City Uouncil of the city of Jefferson, Miseauri will consider said
change at its regular meeting after due pgblication has been made
and a public hearing will be held at said timee.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI) AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. THEREFORE, the following described llt and parcel
of land may be used and occupied, built on, and buildings con-
structed thereon for public purposes and shall be classified as a
"F" district, as is now provided in the zoning ordinance of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri and said land, more particularlry de-
scribed -s follows: to-wit:
Lot 26,,,Carlin' s Subdivision, a subdivision
of the ity of Jefferson, A"lssouri.
Section 2. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. this ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage and approval.
